Each Year starting in October Washington County Residents can register for Angel Tree or Christmas Assistance Program (CAP) for help with benefits and assistance for the holiday season, each year registration runs October 1st thru the end of the month or until we reach capacity for our program. 

 

We HIGHLY recommend filling out the application sooner rather than later due to the overwhelming high demand and rush of application in the beginning.
